This device is constructed with posterior coverage (no incisal coverage), lingual apron major connector with wire reinforcement, maxillary palatal cusps contact central grooves of appliance (semi-anatomical lingualized occlusion).

compact day
A compact mandibular orthopedic repositioning appliance. Typically made to clinicians treatment position. Approximately 50% less bulk than our standard day appliance. Anti-Clenching
This appliance has a small discluder that allows contact only of the central lower teeth. Designed from bicuspid to bicuspid. Similar to a deprogrammer but designed to be used during the day or night.

MIRA
Mandibular incisor reducing appliance. Full arch upper and lower appliances that contact to only in the canine areas. Functions as a deprogrammer.
- The upper arch designed as a full arch appliance with a discluder (flat platform) from cuspid to cuspid.
- The lower arch is also a full arch appliance with rounded stops in the cuspid areas that contact the upper platform.
- All but the cuspids are out of occlusion by about 2mm

Farrar
Full coverage design with a repositioning ramp and a discluding element that guides the mandible into a specific treatment position as established by clinician. Only allows contact with lower anterior teeth (no posterior contact).

Designed with a repositioning ramp the guides the mandible into a specific treatment position as established by clinician. Similar design to a Farrar except with full occlusal contact of opposing dentition.
